One live group session (60 to 90 minutes) on a timely topic your employees are asking about. Recent topics: how to read your 401(k) statement, what to do with your RSUs, making sense of open enrollment, and the financial side of buying a home.
One piece of written content for your intranet or benefits portal. Plain-language articles your employees will read.
Two opt-in 1:1 coaching slots for employees who want to work through something personal. Confidential. No cost to them.
Email access for your HR team. When a benefits question comes up and you want an independent second opinion, send it over.
What is not included: Product sales of any kind. Clear View does not sell insurance, manage assets, or recommend securities. The entire point is that your employees can trust the source.
Corporate Wellness retainers start at $3,000 per month for companies with under 100 employees and scale with the size of the engagement. Month-to-month, no long-term contract required.
